After a week, I was 7.5 lb lighter and was able to sleep through the night. My goal was 25 lb. But, in reality, it turned out to be 50 lb! I have maintained a size 6 to this day. I began Metabolic Balance when I kept putting on weight. At the end of 2011, I had acid reflux after each meal.  I still couldn’t believe, that at 26, I needed to take medicine for a condition caused by being overweight.  I felt terrible.
